Davis Drive Middle School Media Center strives to provide for the reading, information, and technology needs of all members of the DDMS community, ensuring the power to inquire, collaborate, and share knowledge and creativity.

Top Ten Media Center Facts
1. The Davis Drive Middle School Media Center is open for students, staff and parents daily from 7:45 am - 3:30 pm.
2. Students have a regular book circulation time scheduled through Language Arts classes every three weeks.
3. Students may come independently to the Media Center during the school day with a pass.
4. Students may come to the Media Center during SmartBlock to complete academic work on the computer or group projects at the tables by getting a pass at the Media Center.
5. Students can come to the Media Center in the morning after going to their grade level area and getting a morning pass.
6. Students are encouraged to check out books. There is no limit on book check outs.
7. Student loan period is three weeks. Books may be returned or renewed at any time.
8. Computers are available to students and staff for research.
9. Students can use their own devices in the Media Center for academic purposes in the BYOD zone.
10. If a student loses a book, the book can be paid for, replaced with a like copy or in special circumstances worked off through jobs in the Media Center.
